Mary Preston is a success coach for healthcare professionals and those suffering from religious trauma. She is also an active mental health therapist in Colorado.
She is the co-host of "The Real Life Wellness Podcast with Mary and Keysa" and the solo host of the podcast "Original Sin."
Mary is dedicated to calling out the abuses of power in high demand (cult-like) groups that may not be obvious, such as in the Catholic religion and the overall healthcare system. She gives actionable steps to avoiding compassion fatigue and how to be a part of the solution.
