It seems like there is a new fad diet out every season, and that it will promise you the results you didn’t get from the diet you just tried and failed at. In fact, you’ve been on every diet without any success, so you may as well just throw in the towel and eat whatever you want, whenever you want.
If fad diets don’t work, and dieting in general doesn’t work, then why even eat healthy?
